A Taste of France

Mark and I were missing France, so we decided to make something quintessentially French and went with Coq au vin!

It took me all day to sear the chicken, slow cook the sauce and get everything ready, but it turned out great.

I butchered the chicken myself, which was really gross. I won't be doing that again!
