My only suggestion, although it's an expensive one, is that you add a bathroom to the master suite. 3 bedrooms on one floor with a totally awesome master suite including the sunroom and that porch--a master bath would be sorely missed when you eventually sell the place. Then again, if there was a kitchen there, there should already be pipes, right? Do you guys have another full bath downstairs? I don't remember seeing one but that seems odd if it was 2 units...
I love your ideas. Just be sure that you will have plenty of natural light in the master bedroom. Natural light and plenty of fresh air is a wonderful thing.
